I don't know where to begin in saying how fantastic E-Motions Sports is. Last year my son won an ebike in a raffle that was donated by EMotion Sports to help raise awareness and much needed funds for childhood drowning prevention. First off, it's hard to find companies who are prepared to donate even a small gift card these days, let alone a brand new ebike. Such incredible generosity to the community. When my son was announced as the winner and we were introduced to Jennifer and John, we realized that the store was no huge corporation who could just hand over an ebike at little cost to them, but infact a family owned business owned by people who genuinely care about their community. Jennifer and John took us to their store, and showed us all their bikes and allowed us to choose a bike. My son and I were flawed by their kindness, their passion for their store and their products and their desire to make a difference in their community. As a family we would not have been able to afford an ebike, so winning it not only made a difference with the money it raised for charity, but it has made a huge difference to our family! It has allowed a super busy mom some respite from driving back and forth to sports practices and given our eldest son some independence and a sense of responsibility. It has taught him to take care of something that he wouldn't have normally been able to afford. A true gift! If you are looking for an eBike, you should visit the store. There is a huge selection of all kinds of ebikes and even some super cool water sports equipment! Most of all, visit their store because Jennifer and John are fantastic people doing truly fantastic things for their community!

They walked us through how the bikes worked, made sure we were fitted comfortably, and even gave great route recommendations tailored to our interests and time frame.The e-bikes themselves were in perfect condition—clean, powerful, and a blast to ride. We were able to cover way more ground than we expected and had so much fun doing it. We had a great experience renting from EMotion Sports. We rented 2 E Bikes at she was .The condition of the bikes were impeccable.Jennifer and John made us feel welcome and there kindness is authentic. Great people !!We then road north to the Newport Beach Pier and passed Balboa Pier then on tothe end of the boardwalk. It was amazing to be able to ride with such ease in such a beautiful area. We will be returning!

My family loves visiting Newport Beach. We decided to bring our e-bikes for the day and needed last minute service since our bikes had been in storage. These guys are so helpful and so easy to work with.What an exceptional experience we had working with John and Ryan. We explained we needed them back pretty quickly if possible, and they were able to accommodate us. Although I should add that we could have improvised I’m sure, if we didn’t get the bikes back. But these guys made our day by making sure we could use our bikes that day. Their time and work on our three e-bikes was absolutely reasonable.Despite the distance, we will have to bring our e-bikes here for all of our service. It gives us a great reason to visit the beach more often. Thank you guys for taking the time to help us and we really appreciate you making sure our bikes were set for the day. You truly went above and beyond.
