Worst service I’ve ever received in a bike store. To put just a tire and a handle bar in a bike “10 days”And when I ask to sell me the tool needed you just say: sorry I don’t know, I’m not a mechanic. Is better to say. I don’t like you and I don’t want to serve youReading the reviews. Very racist you are man
Feb 05, 2025 · DIEGO RODRIGUEZ SUAZAI asked them to put my grips on and they were just being sassy and was mean about it because I didn’t buy the grips from them. Also refused to work on a bike with a throttle

Mar 30, 2025 · Micki LambThe experience at this site was terrible, they do not have good customer service and all they do is ignore questions, respond with disinterest and mockery. If you are looking for help with your bike service, this is definitely not the place.
Feb 05, 2025 · GABRIELA VARGAS ROMEROExceptional service from the guys at Clayton Bicycle Center. Tony helped me determine which bike was best for me, no pressure, no salesmanship, just as if I was asking a friend (that knows bikes) what I should purchase. Soon after, I decided on some upgrades, and Matt and his team on the service side spent time asking me what outcome I wanted and expertly recommended the perfect solution. I couldn't be happier with the team at CBC, these guys are not only fun to be around, they also KNOW bikes. They treat you like a friend.
