Calistoga Bikeshop Reviews
How do you know a shop is awesome if you don’t have a problem? I picked up an E-bike to do the Oat Hill trail and had an issue with the motor 3mi up the trail, then a flat while I was trying to get back to the shop. I called the shop and Marshall jumped on another e-bike and rode 3mi uphill to swap out my bike and get me moving again. Incredible service that save my ride and my day! I returned my bike after an awesome ride and dropped off a 12-pack for Marshall, Jim & Dave. Those guys made for an awesome day on 2-wheels!
May 31, 2025 · Ryan HughesI can’t say enough good things about my experience with Calistoga Bike Shop. From start to finish, their professionalism and communication were second to none. I rented a Specialized Tarmac for my ride, and the bike was in pristine condition—tuned perfectly and ready to deliver an exceptional performance. The real standout, however, was Rob. Not only did he make the rental process seamless, but his positive outreach ensured I had everything I needed, when I needed it, regardless of the somewhat limited store hours. If you’re in the Calistoga area and looking for top-tier bikes and even better service, Calistoga Bike Shop is the place to go.
Nov 30, 2024 · Matt AmannThis was the first guided tour I have been on. A group of us rented the Specialized Turbo mountain bikes and rode for a few hours at Moore Creek with our guide Trace, who was awesome. The scenery and experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend the Calistoga Bikeshop.
Jun 05, 2024 · Cory RobertsThe Calistoga Bike Shop is a nice, clean and friendly place with a wide array of bikes. Dave was a great help and knowledgable about bikes and fitting you to the bike. The Calistoga to St. Helena bike trail is wonderful and a fun way to spend the afternoon. The view is spectacular and ride is an easy 10 mile ride.
Feb 17, 2025 · Michelle FranziaGreat shop, friendly staff, has everything you need, a good selection, and has never let me down when solving a mechanical issue. Bike rentals are great; I've rented MTBs for years to ride locally right out the front door. Downtown location is just the kind of place we need to support--a local shop in the mix with other small businesses in a vibrant downtown (where you can go carless!).
