BikeBling prides itself on its commitment to delivering quality bikes and gear, not just locally but also to national and international online markets. This dual approach means that while they offer the convenience of web-competitive pricing in their physical showroom, they also encourage direct interaction with their cycling experts and mechanics. This dedication to a wide selection and accessibility aims to serve the diverse needs of the California cycling community, ensuring riders have the equipment and accessories necessary for their adventures across the state's varied terrains.
BikeBling is conveniently located at 333 E Grand Ave, Escondido, CA 92025, USA. Situated in Escondido, this puts the store within easy reach for residents throughout San Diego's North County. Grand Avenue is a key thoroughfare in Escondido, making the store simple to locate for those driving from nearby cities like San Marcos, Vista, Carlsbad, or even further south from central San Diego. The store itself is housed in a spacious 10,000 sq. ft. former supermarket from the 1950s, providing ample space for its extensive showroom and inventory. This large physical presence means easy access and plenty of parking for customers, ensuring a convenient and comfortable shopping experience. For locals in the California region, particularly those residing in San Diego's North County, BikeBling in Escondido presents a compelling option for bicycle and cycling gear purchases. Its sheer size and vast inventory, described as a "bicycle supermarket," mean that customers have an extraordinary selection of bikes, parts, and accessories readily available, a significant advantage over smaller local shops. The ability to access "web competitive pricing" in a physical showroom allows Californians to enjoy the benefits of online deals while still having the opportunity to see, touch, and test products in person.
However, it is crucial for locals to be aware of the mixed customer experiences, particularly concerning service. While the sales process, especially for high-end bikes with the owner Kerry, garners strong praise for excellent service and fair prices, some customers have reported significant issues with the service department regarding repairs and troubleshooting, including perceived apathy and a lack of willingness to assist with immediate, time-sensitive problems like Di2 issues. This contrast suggests that while BikeBling might be an excellent destination for new bike purchases, especially premium models, locals seeking quick, responsive, or empathetic service for repairs might need to manage their expectations or consider alternative options, as highlighted by one customer's positive experience at a different bike shop. Ultimately, for those prioritizing a vast selection and competitive pricing for new bikes and gear in a physical store, BikeBling offers a unique proposition in the California market, but potential service needs should be considered.

BikeBling Reviews
I bought a Pinarello F10 dogma off the owner (Kerry) three years ago. The price was fair and the service was excellent. Everything promised was delivered on time.I just bought a Pinarello Dogma F and plan to pick it up Saturday. Again, the price was fair and service was excellent.I highly recommend these guys and I am sure that I will buy more bikes in the future.
Jan 26, 2025 · Pete DSometimes you just need a great, friendly, knowledgeable bike shop. BikeBling is not it! I came in today with a Di2 issue on my wife’s road bike- we just flew into town today. When I walked into the shop no one greeted me, the mechanic at the service counter did not work on Di2, and the master mechanic in the back office refused to look at it. I understand that a major service job sometimes needs to be scheduled. But all my favorite shops in any city will always offer to spend 10 minutes to try and troubleshoot a simple issue, especially if it’s time sensitive.I then drove 20 minutes to the Trek store in San Marcos and they greeted me with a smile, fixed the issue in 10 minutes, and wouldn’t even accept payment.
Mar 26, 2025 · Harrison MI have been shopping here at BikeBling for over 10 years. Recently, my Zipp carbon front wheel developed a crack on the hub rendering it unsafe to use. Fortunately, even though my warranty was slightly over the covered period, Kerry and his staff were able to see that the manufacturer replaced the damaged part without charge. I have always found BikeBling goes above and beyond to support their customers.
Jun 23, 2025 · George CrettonI did not end up making a purchase from Bike Bling as they were unable to acquire a discontinued bike in my size. However, I felt compelled to leave a review based on my experiences with them. From the moment I originally called and talked to an employee I was impressed. They were more than willing to answer all of my questions, give good advice and spend the time making me comfortable. I even communicated directly with the owner (Kerry) who was awesome. He offered me some excellent alternatives and was extremely responsive. I wish they were closer to me and based on everything I encountered with them I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use them in the future.
Mar 12, 2025 · Geoff LouisI came in to see if they could tighten my seat on my bike on my e-bike. They opened the door for me, the mechanic asked me if there was anything else I needed, and tightened down a few other things as well. All for free.I told them I put it together and wasn't sure if all was secure on it. First time putting together a bike for me. One of the men said I should have brought it in to have them put it together when I got it. I told them I had called them but they had told me they don't work on this model of bike. The man at the counter was very nice, answered my questions. And the other day they did help me with my bike thankfully.I rode it home and man it feels so much more stable and secure. I will be bringing it back for when it needs to be tuned up.
