Apr 03, 2025 · Chris PattisonI was very happy with the repairs done, and done the same day. Reasonable prices, knowledgeable and pleasant staff, with a good selection. Highly recommended.
Jul 01, 2025 · John DoeI'm happy to call this place my local bike shop. The customer service can't be beat.
Jun 20, 2025 · kyle TitsworthFirst time in this shop today and the service and knowledge of the team was far superior than anything I’ve experienced before. They will get all my business moving forward!
Jun 08, 2025 · Montana NubleThe sales person completely blew it! He tried to get me to bring my bike in for service on something as simple as a bike handle bar bolt cap! A simple "No sir, we don't have it" or an honest answer like, "Sir, I'm sorry but our store policy only allows us to request you bring your bike in for repair items" would have been better than trying to inconvenience me and trick me into an unnecessary diagnostic fee or repair cost! The bike is shown below. A simple fix, but instead, I'm sorry to say, the service here felt like I got the run-around-shakedown! No thanks!I went home and ordered the part online. In addition, I had the part in my hand, I told the person it was a 22cm diameter, plus, I had the bike's owers manual and pictures (which I've provided here) ready to resolve my issue. Smh.
