Tread Bike Shop Reviews
Highly recommend Tread Bike Shop! They were very efficient in delivering and picking up the bikes. The boys had a blast riding them all over the island. I will definitely be using them next year on spring g break!
Apr 06, 2025 · Jennifer HartmanHorrible bike service and even worse customer service. Called to check when bike was ready after a tune up (the day they said it would be ready); got an awful attitude about it. They ended up calling later that day to pick up. Same awful attitude. The bike actually had a flat tire by the next morning and I’m convinced they didn’t do any actual work on the bike at all and returned it when I called to check if it was ready. Please go somewhere else; save your energy and money. They need to go out of business already.
Apr 26, 2025 · Victoria DanielsOnce I stepped into the bike shop, I was immediately greeted!! They made me feel comfortable and like family. He immediately took a look at my bike and noticed what was wrong. I purchased the bike on Amazon, but the instructions were terrible. The repair only took approximately 1 hour, and my bike was better than when I purchased it. I also purchased a bike mount for my car, he assembled it for me, (free of charge). Please support this small business, their customer service is beyond what we expected for a bike shop.
May 24, 2024 · Yohaneidy SaquicelaI love this place. Maybe is luck or maybe is just that it is the perfect place for me. I used to come to this store all the time a few years back and stopped because I moved out of the city. Back then it was great but the other day their service got me beyond happy. I had called about 15 other stores looking for a bike for my friend. All of them either didn't have any or didn't pick up which it's okay we are still in the middle of a pandemic. When I call Tread Bike Shop there was a very honest messenge saying that due to high volume of customers they could not assist people on the phone that the best option I had was to pass by and that the inventorywas not updated. I truly appreciated this message because other store placed me on hold for hours and some did not even pick up. I arrived to the store made my line and was lucky enough to find out that they had just gotten a bike like the one I was looking for. They kindly asked me to wait for it to be ensemble. I was able to walk out of the store with my friend's bike after such a journey in NYC and NJ trying to get one.
Jul 07, 2020 · stephania menai have been here 3 times to get my bikes worked on and a couple of more times to grab accessories. the owner is nice but one of the mechanics seems to always overcharge me. he will give me an estimate before getting his hands on my bike that sounds reasonable and when i get to the counter to pay it always ends up being more and since they already did the job i feel obligated to pay. in my experience the mechanics are bike snobs because they know more and since i guess they know there are not many better options around.
