The Cycle Works Reviews
These guys are good. They tuned up my bike and had it done in a few days ahead of schedule. Excellent customer service and you can actually talk to these guys about your bike. Their tuneup checklist and report covers everything on the bike and then some. Thank you so much, Andy and Jason. My 2019 Liv Thrive CoMax 1 Disk rides like it’s brand new.
Jun 24, 2025 · Robert WinchHuge shout-out to The Cycle Works! Coming in for some cycling in the area, my front hydraulic brake would no longer hold fluid. Despite their usual workload they were able to turn the repair around in twenty-four hours and even stayed open a little later than usual so I could pick it up as soon as it was done. Can't say thank you enough.
Apr 17, 2025 · Andrew OsbornI called last week asking about 16 inch BMX bikes for my son, he told me he'd have more on Wednesday, so it's Wednesday I call in to check and see if the BMX bikes were in and he then tells me well they aren't actually BMX bikes. Totally lied to me on the phone when I called in the first time. Absolutely incompetent. I'd give him zero stars if possible.
Apr 02, 2025 · Richard BrooksPaid the guy over $100 for a bike tune up and all he did was spray wd-40 on it .Went to another bike shop and the guy told me I had been ripped off . The bike was still dirty and gunky .
Jun 25, 2025 · Donald FergusonI love this place. Jason does excellent work and is is very reasonable with his prices. I have four bikes and love riding. He maintains them for me and is extremely knowledgeable. There is a great selection of new bikes and bike parts. I take all of his advice and he has never steered me in the wrong direction.
