The Bike Shop Reviews
I was searching all over the Internet for Supacaz Star Plugs Neon Pink for my dropbars. The Bike Shop had it online but only for store pickup. I called and spoke with Joe (the owner). I asked if he would be kind enough to ship it to NYC if I provided the shipping label. He was very open to my request. Very friendly interaction. If the customer service is this great for someone over the phone in NYC, this is the place to go for all your cycling needs. Highly recommend!
Jun 25, 2025 · Mia SGood service.I Went to fix my flat tire. They were about to close but they still gave me the service I needed.Even though they did not have a heavy duty tube, they gave me a great price for a reinforced regular tube.
Mar 16, 2025 · Fer MurilloGreat experience! Went in with a flat tire on a tandem. Got nice pleasant service at a very fair price no attitude with bringing in a tandem which I often get other places would highly recommend the bike shop!
Apr 10, 2025 · Linda ChamberlinTried to buy 2 bikes for a charity and was accused of being a fraudster. Treated poorly and talked down to on the phone. Skip this company for sure! Less than one star if was allowed!Hilarious! This guy has just called me a liar! The 2 bikes went to charity and I had an excellent experience with Archers Bikes! Use them instead of this company. These guys obviously don’t care about the customer, let alone charity!
Feb 22, 2025 · Tyler KlaverBrought my bike in (that I didn't buy from them) with an issue I was having and was wanting and very much willing to pay for them to take a look at the bike and see if there was anything they could fix. He went on a rant about online bikes who "cut out the middle man" and told me there isn't anything he could do for me and to try another shop without even taking a quick look. So I took my business elsewhere and they were able to quickly find the issue I was having and am happily paying them to fix it. I guess they don't want new business, so if you have happened to buy a "online bike that cuts out the middle man" then continue to cut this shop out because they don't want to help.
