Re-CYCLE Bike Shop Reviews
I can not say enough about the service provided by this family owned and operated business!! They really listened to my needs and would not stop till we got it perfect! I was treated with respect and kindness and they were professional and experts at what they do. They are the perfect one stop shop not only for bikes but all the accessories as well. Jul 02, 2025 · Pat SnookI bought a Trek bike years ago and it’s still great! I went in today because I was having a hard time keeping the tires inflated and it was a simple fix with the valves needing tightened. They helped and explained to me what happened so I can check for it in the future. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a great bike and excellent service! Thank you!!
Jun 13, 2025 · Welcome Home Team Better Homes & Gardenstook my bike in for a tune up, brake replacement, and to fix a rear flat as well as a loose rear fender. they were able to do everything in three days for under $200 and even fabricated a new (much more durable) metal piece to hold the fender in place which will surely last for years.5/5 would recommend this shop to anyone in omaha.
May 08, 2025 · Aaron WeissJust a fantastic experience. I was experiencing some rubbing on the back brakes of my ebike. After multiple failed attempts to fix it myself, I sent a TEXT (that's right, you can text them) to see if they could help. Instant response. Took my bike in after work, got it up on the stand and I'm back rolliin' in the city streets of Omaha. Thanks so much!
Jun 03, 2025 · Josh CarpenterStopped by this shop today for the first time and had a very similar experience to the other 1 star reviews. First, one of the workers walked past us outside without saying a word (hello, how can I help you, or good afternoon) to get to two other people to see if they needed help. Then we get inside, still no greeting, husband walks up to the counter for assistance just gets looks before my husband asked for help. The same guy that was reluctant to help at the counter takes the time to ask the other couple, the same couple the first worker asked to help outside, if they need anything when they finally walk in the actual store. It was a super weird experience, two works both ignore us, but speak to the other customers. Third guy that helped did seem busy, but also just ready to get us out of the store. Definitely won't be returning, need some serious work on customer service skills.
