Pedal Pro Bicycles Reviews
I had just bought my bike off social media and brought it there for servicing. The guy working on it had the audacity to call it a cheap Walmart bike.He needs to understand not everyone has a $1000 bike! They certainly aren't continuing the great customer service from the Haskins family.I won't be back.

Jun 29, 2025 · Trey ThrailkillThe Gentleman pictured is a complete Con Artist!! And I was simply insulted intellectually with regard to what I desired for my e-bike.I visited this shop on 06/20/2025 and it seems, after reading other reviews that there is a consistent pattern of condescending,street-attitudes emulating from the staff at this shop, coupled with the fact that getting you to BUY a service or product needed OR NOT is facilitated by half-truths. This is troubling where Children or anyone not knowledgeable could be tricked by double-talk and all knowing bravado!!If different people are saying similar things there is reason to beware!I to was first asked “ how much you pay for the bike” then “take it back it’s crap” “ it shouldn’t be needing “ a brake adjustment already” Huh? Really Bro.I came to see it I needed brake pads they didn’t have so he informed me they simply needed to be adjusted which he could do for $25.00(loosen one allen bolt squeeze mechanism with fingers then tighten allen bolt)Inquired bout a Chain long enough to lock front and back tires. Was told people in Tampa don’t steal just the front tire, then proceeded to insist I only needed one of his u- bar locks ( I have 26’ 4’ wide fatboy tires)My point being is Consumer Trust. Of course if you are following there dictates and buying something ,the whole experience is cordial however repeatedly I’ve read and now experienced condescending demeanor,half-truths and unprofessional attitudeI’m not saying there isn’t possibly good merchandise at this store however I’m sure it and any repaire will be overpricedDo not go to this Shop if Your not Street Seasoned,Strong-Willed and ExperiencedNot a Shop for a Novice Joe is spinning in his grave. GOD Bless and be safe
