Lectric eBikes Headquarters Introduce
For residents of Arizona keen on embracing the revolution of electric personal transportation, Lectric eBikes has emerged as a prominent name in the e-bike market. Unlike traditional brick-and-mortar bicycle stores, Lectric eBikes operates primarily as a direct-to-consumer brand, with its headquarters located right here in Phoenix, Arizona. This unique model allows them to offer competitive pricing on a range of electric bikes and trikes, making e-mobility more accessible to a broader audience across the state. While the purchasing experience differs from a local bike shop, understanding their Phoenix presence is key for local users seeking information or direct support for their Lectric products.
Arizona's expansive landscapes, from bustling city streets to scenic recreational paths, are ideal for electric bikes. E-bikes offer a convenient and enjoyable way to commute, run errands, or simply explore the outdoors with an added boost. Lectric eBikes has gained significant popularity for its affordable, foldable, and feature-rich models, such as the XP Lite and XP Trike, which are designed to cater to a variety of rider needs. Their focus on practical, user-friendly designs has resonated with many Arizonans looking for a cost-effective entry into the world of electric cycling.
However, as with any direct-to-consumer model, the customer experience can sometimes present challenges, particularly concerning post-purchase support and troubleshooting. While many customers enjoy their Lectric eBikes and praise the product itself, some reviews highlight difficulties with customer service response times, shipping delays, and clarity around warranty claims or technical support for self-assembly. This article aims to provide a balanced and factual overview of Lectric eBikes Headquarters in Phoenix, helping Arizona locals understand what to expect when engaging with this prominent e-bike brand.
Lectric eBikes Headquarters is located at 2311 W Utopia Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85027, USA. This location places their main operations within the northern part of Phoenix, making it accessible for residents throughout the sprawling Phoenix metropolitan area. Utopia Road is a well-known thoroughfare in this region, which likely facilitates relatively easy navigation for those looking to visit the headquarters.
While specific public access or showroom information for their headquarters is not detailed in the provided reviews, the address indicates their primary base of operations within Arizona. For local customers, knowing the headquarters is in Phoenix could be beneficial for direct communication, potential in-person support (if offered by appointment), or simply for the assurance of dealing with an Arizona-based company. The accessibility of their main office would depend on their operational model for customer interaction at this specific location.
Based on the provided information and common practices for direct-to-consumer e-bike companies, Lectric eBikes primarily offers the following:
- Electric Bike Sales: Lectric eBikes sells a range of electric bicycles and trikes, including popular models like the XP Lite and XP Trike. Sales are primarily conducted online through their website.
- Direct Shipping: Products are typically shipped directly to the customer's home.
- Assembly (Customer Responsibility with Guidance): While bikes arrive mostly assembled, customers are generally responsible for final assembly (e.g., attaching pedals, connecting certain cables), with support offered through guides or videos.
- Customer Support (Phone/Email): Lectric eBikes provides customer service via phone at (602) 715-0907 and presumably through email for inquiries, troubleshooting, and support.
- Warranty Support: They offer a manufacturer's warranty for their products, with processes in place for addressing defective parts or product issues, though customer experiences with this process can vary.
- Replacement Part Shipments: For issues covered under warranty or for purchase, they ship replacement parts directly to customers.
- Online Resources: They provide online resources such as user manuals and potentially troubleshooting guides to assist customers with their e-bikes.
- Affordable Price Point: Lectric eBikes are generally known for their competitive and accessible pricing, making e-mobility more attainable for many.

- Range of Models: They offer various models, including versatile e-bikes and stable e-trikes, catering to different rider preferences and needs.
- Performance (Product Itself): Customers often express satisfaction with the performance of the trike and bike, noting their ability to handle inclines and provide an enjoyable ride, even after challenging customer service experiences. One customer noted their XP Lite 1st gen had over 2600 miles.
- Direct-to-Consumer Model: This business model typically allows for lower overheads, which can translate into more competitive pricing for the consumer.

For locals in Arizona considering an electric bicycle or trike, Lectric eBikes Headquarters in Phoenix represents a significant direct-to-consumer option, offering a unique value proposition. Its suitability largely stems from the accessibility and affordability of its products, which align well with the needs of many Arizonans looking for a cost-effective entry into the e-mobility market. The range of models, including the popular folding e-bikes and stable trikes, provides practical solutions for diverse uses, from urban commuting to recreational riding across Arizona's varied landscapes.
The core appeal for many locals lies in the product itself. Reviews, even those critical of service, often praise the performance and design of the Lectric e-bikes and trikes, highlighting their ability to handle hills and provide an enjoyable ride. For independent, "fix-it-yourself" individuals like Josh, the value of the Lectric e-bike as a mode of transportation is evident, even when encountering technical issues. The impressive mileage achieved by some users also speaks to the durability of the products under regular use.
However, potential local customers should approach Lectric eBikes with a clear understanding of its direct-to-consumer model, which often means that customer service and direct support experiences can differ from a traditional local bike shop. Some reviews highlight significant challenges with communication, delayed shipping of critical parts like chargers, and perceived unresponsiveness, which could be frustrating for those expecting immediate, in-person assistance. The lack of detailed assembly instructions for certain components also suggests that a degree of self-reliance or access to external resources (like YouTube videos) may be necessary for setup and initial troubleshooting.
Despite these potential drawbacks, for Arizona locals who are comfortable with online purchases, self-assembly, and navigating customer service remotely, Lectric eBikes can offer a compelling and affordable entry point into the world of electric cycling. The direct presence of their headquarters in Phoenix, even if primarily for operations, offers a tangible connection to the brand for local consumers. Ultimately, for those prioritizing competitive pricing and a feature-rich product, and who are prepared to handle potential customer service complexities, Lectric eBikes remains a viable option for embracing e-mobility in Arizona.

Lectric eBikes Headquarters Reviews
Hello my names Josh I’m a whole lot more of a fix it your self kind of Person. My Option for my Review of the Lectric Bike Co out of Arizona. Is a plus to why I love to Ride my E bike. But my #1 reason to explain why I think the E bike I own may be Defective. Please refer to the Pictures I Submitted with this Review. I would like to have 100% knowing that. Going out on a Beautiful ride downtown where I’ve spent $1000+ dollars. For the bike pedals slip off or the crank is defective. Most of all I have never had to replace these parts so many times before. I’m the Original owner. And I’ve been riding Commuting and going to WalMart plus any where else in my City. I love my E Bike. I love the Lectric E Bike Co. Thank you also I’ve accomplished +2600 miles on my Xp Lite 1st generation. The Pedal was Completely Separated from the whole bike itself while in Motion Moving above +15mph. 🚲🤯.
Jul 03, 2025 · Joshua NgiraroroUPDATE6/18 i was notified a charger would be sent to me. Today, 6/30 im notified its out for delivery. 12 days. If lectric bike was concerned about my situation they would have expedited the charger. So more than a month after I ordered it, I’ll have the complete order and will be able to charge its battery. It’s been a very unpleasant experience.—-I ordered a trike on 5-27-25, and quickly received an email with a delivery date of june 2. However, the day was bogus and lectric bike knew it was bogus. The trike was actually delivered 6-13. The box was heavily damaged and the battery charger was missing. I wrote LB in 6-14 and recvd a response 6-15 stating the pictures i sent were missing. I reset the hotos and as of today, 6-17, i have heard nothing else from LB. I have had the trike for 5 days now, and cannot charge the battery. I spent ten minutes on hold for customer service and didn’t speak with anyone. Apparently lectric bike is happy to take my money and offer pitiful customer service. I don’t aver that the damaged box is LBs fault, I don’t suppose it is unless they packed it poorly. Given how LB has dealt with me thus far I think it’s possible that they packed it so that it was easily damaged in shipping. I can’t hold them responsible for shipping delays but I do hold them responsible for sending me a estimated delivery date they knew was impossible and bogus. I’m at the point im ready to demand a refund and send it back to them.UPDATE 6/26/25I still haven’t received a battery charger, and I found no instructions on how to power up the bike. I finally found a YouTube video on the first ride, and I discovered a cable that LB ships unconnected. Nothing that came with the bike prepared me for this.LB website states five star customer service - I beg to differ. After finally establishing contact, it took two weeks for LB to tell me a charger was being sent to me, but it has not arrived.I finally found out with no assist from LB that a cable needed to be connected, then I could power up the bike. After my first ride, I can say im impressed with the trike. It easily climbs a steep hill in my yard and one in the road in front of my house. So, so far as the trike goes, im impressed. But all other aspects of this transaction have been very poorly done. They’re slow to respond to a call or email. Shipping the charger has taken weeks, and it still hasn’t arrived. 4 weeks after ordering the trike I took the first ride, inly after finding a helpful video on my own.My brother, who has talked about wanting a trike, rode mine today and stated he is going to buy one himself - but not from Lectric Bike. Customer service has been extremely lacking. I hope my experience with LB is not typical, but if you want an electric bike, consider another manufacturer. If you need customer service, you can’t count on LB. I give 2 stars only because it did arrive intact and I do like the product. Otherwise, this would be a one star review. Oh, by the way - while the website claims top notch customer service and reviews, there is no option on the website to leave a review. All of the reviews i saw on the website were great reviews, but where did they come from? Does LB cherry pick good reviews and post on their website? Maybe so. Consider another brand.———Think carefully before purchasing anything from Lectric Bike. They have handled my transaction very poorly. I give a 2 star rating only because the trike did arrive and appears to be complete and undamaged other than the missing charger.I don’t reccommend Lectric bike at all.
Jun 30, 2025 · B A MAfter a bad accident resulting in injury to myself, and my XP 3.0, I was left not only with a battered rib cage, but a broken front break handle. I reached out to Lectric customer service via email and Christian was awesome! Great customer service is seemingly hard to come by these days but, Christian did not disappoint. After collecting information about my bike, he was able to assist me and offered to send a replacement front break assembly! In our 30’s, these bikes make my husband and I feel like kids again. They are so much fun! Easy to operate and work well on off road trails as well as bike paths.I would recommend these bikes to anyone looking for a quaility affordable e-bike. You will not be disappointed!Bike owned: XP 3.0 Black E-Bike (Step Through)
Apr 23, 2025 · Samantha BollingWe have had 2 - Lectric Xpress 750 Step-Thru e-bikes since April and love them. Range is great and the ride is very comfortable. On one of the bikes we noticed that one of the acorn nuts on the comfort seat spring had unscrewed and dropped off. We contacted Lectric e-bike via their email for a new nut and in less than two hours we have a new seat being shipped free. This has been an excellent experience so far and now we know they stand behind their products. Very happy with Lectric eBikes!
May 23, 2025 · George KolbThe bike is solid well built. Quality checks are lacking. The bike took over 3 weeks to arrive at WA. I was given a tracking number a few days after the order with no updates after two weeks contacted Lectric, and they issued a new order and received new tracking info that actually showed an arrival date. On arrival, I noticed the folding latch was missing hardware. Contacted Lectric, they are sending replacement latch no questions asked. However, the shipping time is horrendous it's been over a week, and still no part. Tracking information is showing arrival in a few days. After a few rides and trying to do the brake break in procedure, no luck in stopping the squealing. Took the pads out and noticed they were missing chucks and crumbling apart. Ordered new pads through Amazon since the replacement through Lectric would set me out again a few weeks. Lastly, the price is frustrating. I ordered on April 1st for $899 with no accessories. One week after it arrives, the bike is now on sale for $799 with no accessories. Lectric doesn't offer a price match or reimbursement, even in that small timeline like other companies would. The positive is that the company does have good customer service and is responsive.
