I had the best experience with these folks!I had started prepping my bike for summer when I found a broken spoke, and my 12 year old tires were finally shot and desperately needed to be replaced.I came to the Bike Rack initially because I live nearby. There was some talk about having to take my three-wheeler to their St. Charles location where they had a trike lift, which I didn't really want to do, but they were able to take my weird bike in at the Oswego shop, saving me the headache! They were very knowledgeable and thoughtful; they made sure I got good tires that fit my ride style and didn't try to upsell me anything superfluous.I missed their call when my bike was finished, but they were understanding and held my bike for me until I approved the cost and was able to pick it up. When I returned for my bike, Eva noticed the front tire was flat and pumped it up for me before I left the store! When I was next able to ride my bike, I discovered the front tire had gone completely flat. I called the Bike Rack and Eva not only replaced the tire for free, but came down to my house TWICE to collect the wheel and reinstall it!Eva is so kind and helpful, the customer service I experienced is beyond outstanding. I'm still totally gobsmacked by how easy this was, and I'm really impressed. The Bike Rack is responsible, considerate, affordable, and has great staff! I'll be thinking of them every ride I take this summer! - Amethyst Holman
