I am out of pocket $165 plus a $500 scooter! I would stay far away from this place, it's a scam with no real store front!

Feb 13, 2023 · Kenji PearceFraud alert!! The worst customer service and unprofessional behavior.Edmund picked up the electric tricycle on 2/22/2024. I paid $400 for repairs including pick and drop service. Original repair estimate was 12 days so I was expecting it back in mid March. It is end of Nov and I still haven't received the bike back.When I sent him a text on March 4th about the estimated timeframe, he rudely told me to look at the terms and conditions and that he is not a robot. His exact words were "Time frame is in the terms and conditions. How am I supposed to work and you're constantly asking me? Email from here on out I'm done answering texts"His original invoice term and condition said that "repair work may take up to 90 days". So I waited and asked him again after 90 days on May 5th. He replied that he forgot to give me correct estimate on repairs and wanted me to pay another $100 otherwise he will not return the bike. He sent me another invoice with changed terms and conditions where the time was 365 days instead of 90 days in the original invoice.he knew that if I take him to the court our contract say max 90 days so he changed the terms and conditions. I will attach the text message screen shots and both the invoice here so everyone can see that he is a fraud.He is not replying to me text messages now and i still haven't received the bike.
