Bike Plant Reviews
11/10 - this is my first time going to a bike shop where I genuinely feel like the people working there are trying to have my best interest in mind, rather than squeeze money out of me. The staff is willing to talk you through the process + educate you on the why. They deliver bad news with grace and compassion. Plus double bonus - it’s a queer space!! Easily the best bike shop I’ve ever been to by far.

Apr 20, 2025 · OwenRobin built my dream bike (Custom Ti Gravel bike) and did an amazing job!! Not only bringing expertise, but the ability to translate my wants and needs into bike tech, and all of the professional and communicativeness you could ever ask for.
Jan 02, 2022 · Nyle CamI took my bike in feeling worried it was beyond repair, but the staff here fixed my bike up and within minutes they got me back on the road! They are the nicest, most helpful people and best bike shop around.
Mar 17, 2025 · Maranda VanDeWieleMy 1 star is simply on the prices. The kind of money these people charge is wild. And they're close to the projects. It's bedstuy not Williamsburg. like you have to be well off to fix your bike here. I agree, this shop is pretentious.
